01How quickly can you reach me if I break down?
Across East London we offer ETA within the hour, depending on traffic and where you are. We give you a live ETA when you call and keep you updated if anything changes.
02Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. There is no call-out fee. We agree a clear price with you over the phone before we set off, so there are no surprises when we arrive.
03What should I do while I wait for recovery?
Put your hazard lights on and, if it is safe, get yourself and any passengers out of the vehicle and behind a barrier, well away from traffic. On a motorway, never stand on the hard shoulder. Keep your phone switched on so our driver can reach you.
04Can you recover vans, motorbikes and electric vehicles?
Yes. Our fleet covers cars, vans and light commercials, motorcycles and EVs. Electric and automatic vehicles are moved on a flatbed so the drive wheels never turn on the road.
05I have put the wrong fuel in my car. What should I do?
Do not start the engine or turn the ignition on. Push the car somewhere safe if you can and call us. We can drain and flush the system at the roadside or recover the vehicle to a garage.
06How far will you take my vehicle?
We cover East London and a 40-mile radius as standard, and we can quote for long-distance flatbed transport anywhere in the UK.
07How do I pay?
We accept card and bank transfer. Your price is agreed before we dispatch a truck.
08Can you recover a car after an accident?
Yes. We recover accident-damaged vehicles from the roadside to your home, a garage, a body shop or secure storage, and we can work with your insurer.
